After Elias Abusaid was issued a restraining order to stay away from me and the club he went and registered the name U.S. Parking-Enforcement Division of Florida. Then in partnership with Pete Rockefeller from Pete's towing, a driver using forged signature stole a car from parking that I had a contract with to do parking with . What Elias did not know was that the property had been sold and the trustee William Roth no longer represented the property but that did not stop Elias from forging his signature. When I arrived that night and told the police that I wanted a copy of the paper the driver had he said it was a civil matter and would not make him give me one. When we went to court on a violation of the restraining order the judge said "he (Elias) had a right to do business" and the forged signature was now missing.
